On November 27, 2009, Joseph Clifford Roy passed away peacefully in his home with his family at his side.
He is now finally reunited with his loving wife, Angie, whom he has missed greatly for the last 21 years.
He is survived by his seven children: David (Cindy), Brenda (Ron), Joe, Kathy (Lester), Liz (Gord), Annie (Mike), Tia (Terry); 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Piercy's Funeral Home, 440 England Avenue, Courtenay on Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30p.m. with a Graveside service following at the Courtenay Civic Cemetery on at 1:00 pm.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
