April 15, 2018, we said good-bye to our mom, JUNE MANNING, (nee: Clinton-Baddeley). June was born June 11, 1923 in Nelson, BC to Daisy M Brown and William F Clinton-Baddeley.

Her childhood was spent at Cora-Lyn just west of Nelson. June was predeceased by her mom, Daisy (1985), and step-dad Maitland Harrison (1982); and her father, William F Clinton-Baddeley, (1972). She was predeceased as well by her husband, Gilbert Manning, (2013).

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Gerry Holliday (Glennys), grandchildren Michael Holliday (Melanie) and Sheri Berard (Max); great-grandchildren, Ty and Callum Berard, and Grayson and Lyndon Holliday.

During WW2, June worked with the Dental Corps, where she met her first husband, Don Holliday. They were married in 1943 in Ontario, and their son Gerald Noel Holliday was born in Edmonton. She worked as a Dental Assistant in various cities in BC. June was very creative, and enjoyed many hobbies. Her last project was creating jewellery.

She met and married Gil Manning and was with him for almost 50 years. In 2013, she moved into Berwick Retirement Community, in Comox.

There will be no service by request. June's ashes will be interred in Nelson, BC.
