The life of a generous soul and a dear friend celebrated by all who knew her. After a long and courageous battle with cancer we are heartened to know that she has gone home.
Kathy touched many lives and will live warmly in the hearts of those who loved her: husband Dan; children Kassandra, Tammara (Cliff), Callinda (Jarret) and Daniel (Rachelle); grandchildren Aijia and baby Kennelly to come; mother Ann and father Bill.
Kathy’s special gift was the strength and love she shared with all. She was mother to any child who needed her and friend to every soul who turned to her. Kathy’s memory lives on in every kindness shown to those who need it most.
She would be honored by your generous donations to the Food Bank or charities for the needy in lieu of flowers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 23, 2005 at 1:00pm at Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home, 440 England Avenue, Courtenay. Arrangements have been entrusted to Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home, Courtenay, B.C.
