Kelly Lee Fraser passed away suddenly on September 16, 2009 in Victoria, BC. Kelly will be lovingly missed by her parents Connie & Allan Fraser, Grandparents Genevieve & Richard Armitage, Grandparents Jan & John (Bud) Fraser, Great Grandmother Theresa Tournier, and all the members of her extended family and circle of friends.
A celebration of Kelly’s life will be held on Friday, October 2nd, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community, 399 Club House Drive, Courtenay, B.C. Memorial donations may be made to YANA.
