January 22, 1928 to July 2, 2004
Ken passed away quietly with his family by his side on July 2, 2004 at St. Joseph’s General Hospital. He will be forever remembered by his loving wife Elsie, son George, daughter Angela, son-in-law Chad, grandsons Rob and Kenneth and sister Edna. Ken was predeceased by his parents, George and Martha, brothers Glen and Stanley and sister Helen. A memorial service to celebrate Ken’s life will be held on Thursday, July 8th, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in the CHAPEL of PIERCY’S - MT. WASHINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 440 England Ave., Courtenay with Mr. Fred Massey officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Ken’s name to the B.C. Cancer Society would be appreciated.
