Kenneth Raymond
July 12, 1947 - January 16, 2008
Passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Comox, BC on January 16, 2008 in his 60th year. He was predeceased by his mother Pearl in 1973 and father Jim in 1974. Ken was born July 12, 1947 in Victoria and moved to the Comox Valley in the mid 90's. Ken leaves to mourn his sons, Raymond (Anne) and three grandchildren in Brentwood Bay, Shawn in Ft. McMurray, AB and Jason (Jessica) and grandchild in St. Paul, Minnesota, his sister Elaine (Bill) in Armstrong, BC and brothers Allen (Gail) in Sidney, BC and Dean (Heather) in Edmonton, AB; also cousins including Marlene in Powell River, BC, Sue in Victoria, BC, Peter in Cranbrook, BC and his faithful dog, Kine.
Ken was known as "Stretch" by neighbours and friends of Comox Valley.
No service held by request but a memorial gathering of friends at Ken's fishing site on the Puntledge River at a later date.
