In loving memory ~
Ken passed away at 100 Mile House Hospital Oct 11/22 after a 4 year battle with lung cancer and 7 year battle with spinal stinosis. Born in Foam Lake Saskatchewan in 1953.
He moved to Courtenay from the Cariboo with his Mom, Mary, Father, Walter and 10 siblings, Denis, Sharon, David, Darlene, Bonnie, Georgina, Cindy, Calvin, Phillip and Derick.
Survived by wife Nancy (Johnson) married for 47 years and had a son Neil (wife Carrie), daughter Jen and 3 grandchildren Caitlyn Jeremy Aidan.
He lived in 100 Mile House for the last 21 years where he worked in auto body for over 45 years.
He loved the challenge of automotive repair and was truly gifted with his craft.
He loved fishing and hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
He will be remembered especially for his unique renditions of many songs like Bohemian Rhapsody and Shania Twain - Man, I feel like a woman.
