With heavy hearts we announce our mom (Baba) Lena Chudyk of Courtenay, BC passed away peacefully on March 13, 2022, at 85 years at North Island Hospital, Comox Valley.
Lena is survived by her children, Gloria, Sylvia, Marianne/Scotty, Rita, Kelly, Murray/Myra, also 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren.
Lena was predeceased by her parents Fred & Annie Lucyk, sister's Mary Hoffman, Ann Johnson & many extended family members.
Thank- you to Dr Darryl MacLeod & mom's care team at North Island Hospital for the exceptional care they provided for mom.
Lena never liked being the center of attention & per her wishes, there will be no service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
