The family of Luella Schruder are saddened to announce Luella passed away July 11, 2018, at the age of 88, in Campbell River Hospital, BC.
We will miss our loving mother, grandma and great-grandmother more than words can say. Luella is predeceased by her son, Stan Quast, and her first husband, Clifford Lemke. She is survived by spouse Ken Schroder, her children Claire Lemke (Jane), Wayne Lemke, Dean Lemke, Terry Allems (Wendy), Kathy Ehinger (Brian), Jim Schroder (Irene), and daughter-in-law Pat Quast. Luella was immensely proud of her children and often let them know.
She will be missed by her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Everyone will remember her kind compassion, love of a good joke, and her huge smile.
A service for Luella will be held at New Horizons, 850 14th Ave Campbell River BC Aug 30th at 2 pm. All friends and family are invited to share their memories of Luella in a Celebration of Life.
