Margaret Elizabeth Evaniuk passed away on Wednesday, May 11th, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox. Margaret is predeceased by her mother Edna Miller, her brother Jim Glover and daughter Anna Mohns. Margaret a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend leaves behind her beloved husband Joseph “Joe” William Evaniuk, her children: Laureen Davies, Jodi Bali and Robert Mohns, grandchildren: Lindsey Burnham, Erik and Justin Mohns, brother Bill Glover, numerous close friends and her caring and loving church family.
Margaret was a long time volunteer with many organizations in the Comox Valley providing countless volunteer hours including Thrifty Foods Sendial.
Special thanks to Dr. Peter Gee who went above and beyond, Dr. Pedro Camacho and the wonderful caring nurses of the 3rd floor and ICU at St. Joseph’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the B.C. Cancer Agency.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 26th at 11:OOam at the Comox Pentecostal Church located at 1919 Guthrie Road, Comox. B.C.
