Maria
Maria passed away peacefully at home in Comox on June 2_, 2009. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Norris Ronald Webster and her older brother John Ferritti. Maria leaves to mourn: her sons John and Teresa Webster of Courtenay, B.C. and Dave and Karen Webster of Red Deer, Alberta; her daughter Barbara and Richard Ince of Whitby, Ontario; her grandchildren: Samantha, Tabitha, Devin, Baylee, Justin and Jaymee; great-grandchildren: Joshua, Nicole and Raighne; as well as her brother Tony and Carmella Ferritti of France.
Maria and Norris started and managed the Washington Flea Market in Courtenay for many years. In her leisure time Maria spent many hours in her gardens and also enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows. Maria worked beside her husband Norris for the 48 years of their marriage. She enjoyed her restaurants and their experience with the flea market. Maria enjoyed visiting with her family and friends at her home at the Berwick in Comox. Maria's friends and staff at the Berwick provided Maria with many hours of entertainment and support. Maria's family is very grateful to her friends, homecare personnel and staff at the Berwick for their generosity and support.
