Mark passed away peacefully in his home on November 12, 2004. He was born and raised in the Comox Valley. He was pre-deceased by his parents Fjolar and Dorothy Blomquist. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Donna and children Miranda and Travis, and sister Janette.
He worked as a faller for many years, switching to roofing in his later years. Mark enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors of Comox Valley.
