Mary was born on April 23, 1933 in Fairville, New Brunswick and passed away on October 19, 2019 at the Comox Valley Seniors Village in Courtenay, BC. She was predeceased by her husband James in 1993, also her mother, father, sister Marjorie, brothers Russell, Andrew, Jack (Margaret), and Jim, sister-in-law Marguerite (Dave), brother-in-law Lewis (Tess). Mary is survived by her daughter Charlene, Vera Webb, Mary Webb, and her nephews, nieces and cousins.
Mary was in the R.C.A.F. from 1951 to 1953. She worked as a DND civilian at CFB Comox from 1973 to 1984. She enjoyed her home, gardening, volunteer work, and travelling.
A graveside memorial service will be held later at Hatley Memorial Gardens, Victoria. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations in Mary's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
