Mary Rose “Ema”
August 17, 1922 to February 09, 2006
Surrounded by the love of her family, Ema passed away peacefully after a valiant struggle with emphysema. She was predeceased by her husband Tony Rosin, her parents, her sisters Cecille and Rena and her long-time friend Fred Lecorre.
Ema leaves her family: Sherry and Ed Everett (Courtenay), Jean Walker (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Pat Rosin and Bev Hamer (Victoria), Bruce Rosin and Shirley Watkins (Campbell River), Rob Rosin (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), her sisters Armande and Alice (Victoria), 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many very special friends.
The family is forever grateful for the loving care given our mother during the last years of her life, Comox Valley Home Care, Senior Peer Counseling, Hospice and especially the wonderful staff of ECU Eagleview.
She requested no funeral and those wishing to honour her memory may donate to her favorite charity YANA, Box 3159, Courtenay, BC, V9N 5N4 or a charity of their choice.
