DAD - In Loving Memory
Mervil Eldon Barr passed away peacefully at the age of 77, on December 25, 2006 at the Extended Care Unit, St. Joseph’s Hospital.
He was born July 22, 1929 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He is predeceased by his loving wife Pearl of 55 years. They lived in the Comox Valley for 52 years.
Mervil is survived by his four loving daughters: Marg Eigler (Albert) of the Comox Valley, Sue Eigler (Alex) of the Comox Valley, Marie Briggs (George) of Victoria and Lori Garth (Lou) of Victoria. He has 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and will be sadly missed by all.
