Paholko - Michael Daniel, “Mike” of Courtenay, passed away suddenly at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Friday, February 1st, 2002 at age 77. Predeceased by his wife Edna in 1999, Mike is survived by his son Randy Paholko of Vancouver and several relatives and friends in Saskatchewan. He served proudly with the RCAF and was a member of Branch 160, Royal Canadian Legion, Comox. Mike was a realtor for many years in Regina, prior to moving to Victoria in 1974. He and Edna then retired to the Comox Valley in 1992. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, February 8th, at 1:00 pm from Branch 160, Royal Canadian Legion, Comox with Padre Duke Warren officiating.
