To my family, Kathy, Dave, and Danny- we all grew up together- and the most treasured time in my life - I love you all - you know it in your bones. My 24/7 companion and best friend Sonny. How he put up with me I don't know- even I get sick of me. My beautiful daughters-in-law, Laura and Jen. My grandson Chase and partner Danika. Funny that we drove that old hippie bus and now we're both kind of rednecks. Granddaughter little Sensei Cadia, and bringing up the rear is Ayla, my three year old Irish Song. And finally unending gratitude to Sammi for everything you've done- even the ones I never noticed. I have so appreciated our friendship.
To my siblings Joanne, Patrick, Maureen and Ron- I think we all turned out not so bad, except for maybe Ron. And Karen turned out pretty good even without our family. Nate and Sam - we never got to know each other, but I've heard you're pretty good. Alyson you have so much to give the world. Sweet Miss Lily and her underling Fin, and Troy and Ryder. It is one of my undone things never having met you.
So finally, I would like to go out on a series of shout outs to a fine and beautiful cast of characters that surrounded me in my life. Mike T and Britt- miss you already, Warrior Derek - you've probably already replaced me on your coffee schedule, Comrade Steve - pick up my slack man, Classy Hippie Beth and the whole growing Mitchell clan, Brother Alejandro, "I'll never vote for the NDP again Graham", Chris and Molly, RB, Judge Judy everyday at 4:00, Suzanne and Meagan, Don DeGagne- whichever country you're in, Brian and Anne, Honest Dave, Courtenay Council for dumping those dumb cantilevers-now put in a GD sidewalk for those kids on Lake Trail eh!!, Lonnie and full crew, Joan and her Pink Floyd crew, Hazella, Anne and Nebil even though we've lost touch, HH - a great teacher, Manelino, Rick B and the Viking, Flo on the go, SE and her army, Straight Ahead Steve and lovely Audrey- Sonny's new family, my old crew from the PO, and the dozens of other fine people that I have gotten to know in this community. I loved you all. Also thanks to Dr. A. Clark, Dr. Sharmeen - my hipster MD that provided me with such loving care, and Dr. J. Reggler - whose sound and caring advice bought me several months of good time. Way to go Doc!
