It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael, on December 13, 2020, at home.
Left to grieve his loss are his Mother Eileen Pfister (Currie), Brother Kendall Currie, Sister April Keizer (Duane), beloved Cousin and friend Victoria Dreimanis, Best Friend Vern Hardingham and many other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews as well as many friends.
Michael was artistic and known as a free spirit who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping and fishing and could often be found outside gardening. He also had a love of animals, especially horses and his cats and he will be remembered as a colorful, spiritual soul who loved to make others laugh.
He is predeceased by his Father Kendall Currie, Uncles Wayne and Jimmy Currie, Cousin Matthew Dreimanis and his Maternal and Paternal grandparents. Our heartfelt thanks are extended to Michael's Doctor and Caregivers who took such great care of him.
A celebration of life and burial will take place at a later date in Nova Scotia. Donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
May he rest in Paradise.
