He was predeceased by his father and mother David and Helena McArthur. Murray was a force to behold. Independent in mind and spirit. An energetic adventurer. Politically passionate. An advocate of the Earth, its peoples and the working class. Fun-loving and dedicated to friend and family. His technical gifts, hard work and organization nourished and sustained us. He shared his love, creativity and wisdom in many ways. In home and garden, hiking and camping and team sports. Always helping. Expert listener. A “mother hen” to many during his years at the Skytrain maintenance facility. Our strong, brave, kind and gentle leader. Forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Celiac Association.
