Brooks - Nellie Nadine (Billie) passed away suddenly in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox, B.C. on December 29, 2004. She leaves her soulmate, John, who was with her to the end. Also Aunt Rosemary, cousin Penny and a large family of devoted friends.
