Norman has gone fishing after passing away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital on October 11th, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Norman was the only child of Norman Sr. and Ottawa, born August 21, 1919 in Edmonton, Alberta. He married Jean Beatrice King on April 23, 1945 while on leave from the Army in W.W.II in the U.K. Jean predeceased Norman March 19, 1999. He is survived by his loving children Bruce (Deb), Ian (Katherine), and Heather (Tony); grandchildren: Tracey, Trevor, Seanna, Kathy, Candice, Charlene, Christine, Andrew. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren: Sarah, Cole, Koral, Daniel, Julia, Cassandra, Jacqob and Aylssa. A Service to Celebrate Norman’s Life will be held on Monday, October 18th, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home, 440 England Avenue. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Glacier Tea Room at Piercy’s. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the B.C. Wildlife Federation would be appreciated. Piercy’s - Mt.
