Hansen, Norman William
Longtime Campbell River resident passed away on December 31st, 2001. He was born in Rock Bay, May 21st, 1932. Norm is survived by his loving wife Thelma of 49 years, daughters Violet Hansen (Joe Fic), Norma (Peter) Robinson, son Garee Hansen, and Mike Campbell, As well, Norm leaves 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Norm was an avid fisherman, hunter and worked in logging.
Norm was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all.
Special thanks to Dr. Smit, Dr. H Garson, the home care nurses, and the nurses of the 3rd floor, South Campbell River Hospital.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 5th, 2002 at the Sequoia Springs Golf Club, 700 Petersen Road, Campbell River at 1:00 p.m. with fellowship and refreshments to follow.
