FRIESEN, Peter - Dad died peacefully at home on September 24th, 2002, at age 77. Predeceased by his daughter Karen, he is survived and will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary; daughters Marlene (John) Unrau and Barb (Ric) Koop; sons Ray (Linda) Friesen and Glenn (Molly) Friesen; grandchildren LeeAnnn (Glen) and great-grandson Hudson; grandchildren Jonathan, Brian, Casey (Denise), Nicki (Ryan) and great-grandson Joseph; grandchildren Julie, Carl, Timothy, Trevor, Amy and Scott as well as his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Peter was a devoted husband, father and opa, whose greatest pleasure came in serving others. Viewing and visitation will take place from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29th at the United Mennonite Church, 2277 Enns Road, Black Creek, where funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Black Creek Cemetery.
