In Loving Memory ~
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father, Philip Jeffries. Born and raised in England, dad was a World War 2 veteran sent to Burma. In 1943, dad married the love of his life, Edna. After the war he joined the Canadian Forces and brought his family to the Comox valley where mom and dad enjoyed many years travelling and gardening, accented by two tours in Europe.
Dad had a true zest for life and if you had the time, he had the stories. His laughter was contagious, his wisdom inspiring and family meant everything.
Predeceased by his wife Edna, son Duncan and sister Betty, Philip is survived by his children Janet(Lloyd), Juli, Jennifer(David), nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and his sister Pam in England.
We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Dr Hunter and the wonderful staff at Comox Valley Seniors Village.
