It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of such a wonderful woman, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and compassionate friend.
Phyllis Ambler Campbell of Comox, passed away on November 24, 2012.
She was born in Glasgow, Scotland on February 11, 1936. She was married to David Campbell on July 19, 1957.
Phyllis is survived by her husband David, children Christine (Chris), Linda (David), and Janice (Bill), grandchildren Nick, Joanna David, Serena, Julina, Jeremy, Marc and P.J., sisters Margaret, Winifred, Dorothy, Grace, Sandra and Jeanette.
Phyllis is predeceased by her parents, and her brother, Ian.
Phyllis always had a song to sing, that would brighten any day. She will be dearly missed by everyone who’s lives she touched.
There will be a service of remembrance on Thursday, November 29, at 1:00pm at Piercy’s Mt. Washington Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the Cancer Society.
