Quintin Miller passed away May 1, 2014 in Victoria at the age of 36 years. Quintin is predeceased by his father Cary, his brother Wade and his infant son Jacob. He will be dearly missed & lovingly remembered by his mom & dad, Christine and Larry as well as his brothers Christopher, Casey and Corey. He also leaves to mourn his passing, four amazing women whom he loved and who loved him back, in their own special way. His daughter Camille, the hope of his tomorrow and the pride of his heart; Virginia whom he shared joy, hope, life and loss; Nicole with whom he shared the gift of parenthood and many years of treasured memories; and Lisa, the love of an unmarred future. Quintin will also be deeply missed by his closest cousin/sister Tiffany (Jamie) & Kaidence. He also leaves his grandparents, many aunts, uncles and friends.
Quin was born in Campbell River, BC and was raised between Campbell River and Courtenay. He was a vivacious, fun loving guy who loved his family fiercely and would spend much of his free time planning ways to make their lives bright. His daughter was his world and that was evident in the placement of her needs before his own. He will certainly be remembered for his tongue washes…his love of shock value and his hardworking nature.
A special thanks to his employer, PCL in Saskatoon, who went above and beyond in assisting the family through this most difficult time. Their kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.
There will be a service on Saturday, May 24th at 3:00 p.m. at Oyster Bay Resort. A Celebration of Life at a later date.
Flowers are gratefully declined but donations in Quin’s memory can be made to the B.C. Children’s Hospital.
“A blessed thing it is for any man or woman to have a friend. One human soul whom we can trust utterly,
Who knows the best and worst of us, and who loves us in spite of all our faults.”
Forever in our hearts
