Tanaka (nee OSBORNE) RENEE CHRISTA
1975-2005
It is with deepest sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Renee Christa Osborne-Tanaka on Saturday, September 24, 2005 as a result of a motor vehicle accident near Campbell River. Renee was a loving mother to her two wonderful boys, Ezra and Elias Tanaka, ages 9 and 8 years. She will also be deeply missed and cherished by her family, father Wayne and his wife Christine, her only sister and best friend Jenny (Jay) Nielsen, brothers; Paul, Ken and Chris, former husband and good friend Jeremy Tanaka as well as nephews Cyrus, Isaac and Brandon. Renee will also be lovingly remembered by her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been set up at the Royal Bank of Canada on Ryan Rd., donation envelopes will also be available at the service. Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 3rd, 2005 at 1:00 PM from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1901-20th St. Courtenay with Bishop Slater presiding. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home and Crematorium.
