Richard Charles Perry
July 24, 1952-June 9, 2016
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Rick Perry, known as “Mr. Fixit”, he leaves behind his loving wife Phyllis, brother-in-law Mike, mother Kay Hislop, children David (Kim), Kim (Marcus), Carla (Ray), sisters Linda (Paul), Brenda & Veronica (David). Grandchildren; Daniel, Amber, Reagan, Riley, Sierra. As well as lots of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rick was an avid outdoorsman, camping, skiing, cycling. He even conquered the West Coast Trail, 10 times. Cycling was his real passion. He cycled across Canada with his family to Europe.
Celebration of Life was held at the Courtenay Legion on June 14, 2016.
