1932 ~ 2016
Born in Vancouver BC, Predeceased by wife Patricia Margaret Jones. Dick is survived by one brother, five children, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
A hardworking father who was in the ship building industry, for over 40 years. He became a life long member of the Marine Workers and Boiler Makers Union.
In earlier years he was an enthusiastic out-doorman, spending time with his children camping and
fishing. An accomplished amateur musician, he played the cello in the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra.
A family gathering was held at his residence to celebrate his life. Always a great presence, his stories and reflections will always have a profound place in our memories and hearts.
