1920 ~ 2005
With much sadness the family of Robert (Rab) Brown announces his passing. Bob passed away peacefully on November 24, 2005 in Delta, B.C. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Aile. Bob leaves to mourn, his sister Dot Bonora, his daughter Irene, son Bob Jr. (Maggie); grandchildren: Alisha, Bobbie, Taylor, Tammy (Tony). Sean (Cassandra) and great grandchildren: Kyle, Shelby, Mathew, Kianna, Jonah and Noah. Bob was born in Cumberland on May 15, 1920 to Bobby and Annie Brown. Bob, like his father loved a party. He enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and taking cruises and being with his family and friends. His last cruise was in September to Alaska with Irene, Bob and Maggie.
Bob’s kindness, compassion, humor and generosity to others will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He truly was a treasure and will be missed by all of us who loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the OAP Hall (Cumberland Cultural Centre) on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at 1:30 p.m.
