Robert (Bob) Cecil Clarke, "Clicker", passed away peacefully in Comox, on December 23, 2017, at the age of 85.

Bob graduated from Victoria High School in 1951.  He played for "The Gorge" Soccer Team, had a life long love of the game of Soccer and excelled in many other sports.  He also loved swimming competitively and served as a lifeguard.

Bob worked on the CPR Vessels, including his favorite, the "Princess Kathleen", and served his apprenticeship at "Yarrows" Shipyards.  An Electrician by trade, Bob joined the RCAF in 1959.  After postings in Labrador, Sea Island, Whitehorse and Germany, he and beloved wife Mary settled in Comox in 1967.

Bob worked at the  CFB Comox  "Electrical Shop" until his retirement in 1992.  Bob was a member of the Comox Volunteer Fire Department, a Legion member and was active with his Church family.

He could be found almost daily at the Courtenay pool swimming laps.

Bob leaves behind his wife Mary, son Bill (Laura), daughter Katie (Jeff), and grandchildren, Connor, Serena, Kaelyn and Marin.

At Bob's request, there will be no service.
