Demers - Robert John, aged 76 of Comox, passed away at St.Joseph’s Hospital on Monday, December 15, 2003. Predeceased by his parents Rossaire Demers and Matilda Marcoux, as well as sisters Claire, Mignet and Minou; he is survived and will be dearly missed by his best friend of 22 years, Pat; daughters and sons Eileen, Andre, Ross, Dean, and Deanna; his grandchildren; brother Andre; sister Therese; his nieces and nephews and his former partner Hannah Livingston of Prince Rupert. Bob worked in the logging industry as a faller for many years and upon his retirement, became well-known for his handmade wooden furniture and toys.
