Ron will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
Born in Vancouver on January 18, 1933, Ron passed away on February 28, 2019.
He will be greatly missed by Debbie, his partner of over 40 years, their children Myrie and Brock, his children with his first wife Barbara, Nicola, Margo, and Robin, as well as his seven grandchildren.
Ron was always an active member of his community. He was a passionate social worker, spearheaded a workers co-op, started his own bakery, and was a founding member of the Cumberland Community Forest Society.
Ron loved to spend his days listening to classical music, puttering in the garden, and getting lost in a good book.
He was a man of many talents, and many hats. With his generosity, openness, and welcoming hugs, he befriended everyone he met.
We'll miss you, Ron.
