OLSEN, Royal Andrew “Andy”

Andy passed away suddenly at home on May 24th, 2005 at the age of 76 years. He is survived by his sons Rodger (Meridee) of Surrey, Alan (Diana) of Langley and their families and his special friend Duffy. He is also survived by his sister Jean McBride and his nieces and nephews. Andy was affectionately known as the self-proclaimed “King of Calvert Island” and “Captain of the Hakai Highliner”. He loved the outdoors, fishing and had a real gift for woodcrafts and creating other inventions. There will be an open house held at a later date. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the charity of your choice. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Piercy’s / Mt. Washington Funeral Home and Crematorium.
