Fraser - Ruth Elizabeth, a resident of the Extended Care Unit of St. Joseph’s Hospital, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26th, 2003 at age 82. She is survived and will be lovingly missed by her husband of 39 years, Fred; sons Butch (June) Clough, daughter Anne Smith, son Frank (Sharon) Clough, daughter Karen (Lorne) Grieve and son Ron (Sandi) Clough; grandchildren Richard, Lori-Ann, Cathy, Cheryl, Chris, Sabrina, Stacey, Crystal, Brent and Kevin; great grandchildren Kyle, Megan, Harlan, Brandon, Madisen, Ryan and Isaac; brother Frank and sisters Vivian, Elsie, Isabel and Sal. Ruth was predeceased by her parents and 2 sisters. She was a member of the Pythian Sisters for over 50 years and the Independent Order of Foresters, and was well-known for her craft work.
A Service of Remembrance in Celebration of her Life will take place from COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM, 1101 RYAN ROAD on Monday, December 1st at 1:00 p.m. followed by fellowship and refreshments in “The Garden Room” of the Funeral Home.
