It's with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Sandra, born in Victoria to William and Lena MacFarlane.
Survived by loving husband Robert Johnson of 45 years. Mother of Cynthia (James), William (Julie) Grandmother to Lena, Paisley, Josh, Kaeya, Nyla. Sister to Linda (Bob), Ailsa (Pat) Sister in Law to Pearl (Ian). Loving Aunt and Granny Sam to her many nieces and nephews and many loved ones in Scotland.
Sister in heart and Partner in crime to Trish and Jan. A special thank you and love to Trish for her love and being one of her care givers. San had a great heart and if you knew her you knew pure love.
Through the years San worked at Woodward's, RBC and was the last manager in Cumberland. Then was Office Man at Grey Rock & Imperial Welding. She loved dealing with her many customers and also was quick to give them a hard time. San bravely battled IPF for 4 years waiting for a lung transplant.
Thanks to the many angels that gave her care. Special thanks to Dr. S. Nap, Catherine, Dr. N. Khalil, Dr. R Nador & Dr. G. Tancon. In lieu of flowers please donate to the BC Lung Assoc. or better yet, sign up to be an organ donor and celebrate her loving memory by giving life.
