WHITE, Sarah Jane nee Donaghy
Passed away on February 10, 2010 at the Cumberland Health Centre. Born in Ireland, the family immigrated to Canada when she was only 9 months old to Vermillion, Alberta.
She met and then married Richard White in 1945. She had 2 children, daughter Ruth Linda (Bradshaw) White, deceased in 1972 and son Theodore Fredrick White. They lived in Sayward until Richards’ retirement, they then moved to Merville, then to Courtenay. Sarah was a stay at home mother. I am sure Dick was waiting with his arms wide open.
Predeceased by Richard and Ruth White, mother Una McFadden, and father Patrick Donaghy.
Survived by Theodore Fredrick White, Donna White, Sandy and Jenny Bradshaw. Andrea and John-Alex Ouelette, Willa and Mary Bradshaw, Ruth Moses, Tony and Rita Donaghy and several nieces and nephews.
A private family service has taken place.
