September 9, 1955 - May 31, 2018
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sherry Lois Pratt in Courtenay, British Columbia on May 31, 2018 at the age of 62.
She was predeceased by her father, Alfred Pratt. Sherry is lovingly remembered by her family: her mother, Violet Pratt, her children; Quentin Haukenfrers, Lisa Jevne (grandson, Mason Jevne) and Benjamin Gossen.
She is also survived by her siblings: Donna (Glen) Ebel, Debbie (Rod) Merkosky and Kelly (Melanie) Pratt and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sherry was born in Edmonton in 1955 and grew up in Alberta. She graduated from Wetaskiwin Composite High School. In later years she moved to Vancouver Island in the Courtenay area.
Sherry enjoyed her arts and crafts, cooking, baking, playing the piano and was very creative. She also enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her children.
A memorial will be held at a later date in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
