Shirley Anne Lee passed away on January 2, 2022 at home in Courtenay, BC. Born in England on February 25, 1960.
Shirley immigrated to Canada at 4 years old with her parents. She grew up in Ontario with her younger siblings and moved to Courtenay when she was still in high school.
She married Franklin Lee and they had 4 children together before separating. Shirley spent the remainder of her life in the Comox Valley where she enjoyed spending her time outdoors and with her family.
She is predeceased by her parents Ron and Greta Williams and parents in-law Cpt. George Howard and Marion Lee.
She is survived by: Franklin, brother Gary (Tara) and sisters Christina and Valarie, children: Serenity (Michael), Amythyst (Andrew), Zachary, and Malachi; grandchildren: Sophia and Alexander (Serenity), Ace and Angales (Amythyst), Arianna and Riley (Zachary), as well as family in various parts of Europe.
There will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local children's hospital.
