It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley. She will be remembered for her beauty, strength, grace and courage of a true woman. Her presence will be truly missed. Shirley is survived by her children, David Cowie and Shawna LeBlanc, her grandchildren Jennifer and Amanda Cowie, Calvin and Jared Cowie and her Great Grandchildren Drew and Oliver. May she now go “home” to the place where she will find Leo (Husband), Janice (Daughter) along with her sister, Mother and father.
