Suzanne was suddenly taken from us on August 10, 2007. Suzanne was born on June 1, 1959 in Comox, B.C. and was baptized at the United Church in Courtenay. Sue met her loving husband, Lawrence, while they lived in the Comox Valley, and were married September 25, 1982 at the United Church. Sue and Lawrence (who worked for the E & N Railway) soon moved to Nanaimo, B.C., where they lived for the past 25 years, working and raising their three wonderful children. Suzanne was the secretary and an active member of the congregation of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Sue also worked at Home Depot, where she easily made many friends and was known as Suzy-Q. Suzanne enjoyed knitting and computers. When she wasn’t working, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Suzanne will be remembered for her love of life and her big smile. Sue is survived by her loving husband Lawrence, son Philip (Michelle and granddaughter Sierra), daughter Melissa and son Matthew. Her parents, John and Irene Glowasky, sister Debbie Glowasky (Courtenay), brother Steve (Wendy, Jason) Glowasky (Comox), and many nieces and nephews.
