1959 ~ 2004
Born June 28th, 1959, died peacefully June 22nd, 2004 after a long fight with Lymphoma. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Keeley, his children Dana, Eric, Tanya and Trent (Dad is our hero), his dogs Crackers and Crash, siblings Gayle, D’Arcy, Jim, Rob and their families, his in-laws Carol and Larry Ewasiuk, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Beatrice and Jim Timmons. Tom lived his life always doing his best for family and friends. He lived his dream of having a family and opening his own karate school. He loved nature and found great peace in skiing, camping, canoeing, and kayaking. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Memorial Celebration to be held on Monday, June 28th, 2004 at 4:00 pm at Pacific Coast Karate School, #3 - 1491 McPhee Ave., Courtenay. Final farewell gathering June 28th, 2004 at 7:00 pm at Puntledge Park on 1st Street in Courtenay. Arrangements have been entrusted to Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home.
