Tom passed away from Alzheimers Disease on October 2, 2004 in his 79th year at the Zion Park Manor, Cloverdale, B.C. He was formerly a resident of Heather Court, Comox, BC.
He requested cremation and no service. He is dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Beverley and family.
