It is with sadness that the family of Tom Procter announces his passing on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the age of 86 years. Tom had a colorful career with the British Army, Canadian Army and Royal Canadian Air Force including many years as a navigator on his beloved Argus. After his retirement from the military, Tom worked as a realtor in the Comox valley. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Jean; sons David, Glenn (Ashaya), Wayne and 7 grandchildren as well as family in England. A Celebration of Tom’s Life will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Piercy’s-Mt.Washington Funeral Home (440 England Ave. Courtenay, BC). Reception to follow in the lower level of the Blackfin Pub (132 Port Augusta St, Comox, BC).
