Val passed away on Friday, December 9 after a very brave battle with cancer.
Val is survived by her loving husband Norm (Viola), son Ed, daughter Tina (Dean), grandchildren Amanda, Caelan, and Kathleen. She also has 3 sisters Vivian, Darlene and Joanne, brother Mel and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff in the Emergency room at St. Joseph’s Hospital. A Celebration of Val’s life will be held at the Comox Band Hall on Saturday, December 17th, 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
