It is with great sadness that the family of Violet Meyer announces her passing on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the North Island Hospital Comox Valley at the age of 90 years. She was born in Vancouver General Hospital in 1928. Violet was predeceased by her parents James and Violet (nee Dubois) Kirk; brother Ross Kirk; son Douglas Teter; first husband Darwin R. Teter and second husband Henry Meyer. Violet will be lovingly remembered by her sons John (Maureen) Teter, Dave Teter and Dan Teter; grandchildren Sarah Teter, Jason (Leah) Teter and Jennifer Teter; sisters Margurite Radar and Fay (Bob) Frazer as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
