Wendy Faye Stewart

The "Angel of Courtenay" has been called home to the arms of her Saviour.

Wendy Faye Stewart touched the lives of countless people who were in need and was a dedicated mother in sacrificial love to her husband and children. After being an exemplary servant of Jesus Christ in loving people where they were at, Wendy has been brought to glory and eternal rest on January 11th, 2019. Born October 18th, 1945 in Miniota, MB, Wendy is survived by her loving husband David Stewart and their five children: Troy, Danny, Nathan (Christina), Misty (Jason), and Lisa (Bernie), as well as 17 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Gateway Foursquare Church, in Courtenay, on Jan 25th, at 1:30 pm. Wendy served the hungry for years through a soup and sandwich ministry. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to this ministry at her service.
