Wendy Joann Ament (nee Gilkin)

It is with great sadness we say goodbye to a beautiful soul. Wendy raised a blended family with Martin and was a great mom to Lyndsie, Alanna, Aaron, Clint and Brodie. She was also an amazing Nana to Kohen, Sienna, Teal, Ayva, Grady, Ryland, Lucas and Tayo. Her brothers Wayne and Brad and their families will miss her greatly as well.
She will be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have her in their lives. She will be reunited with her mother Jean, her father Howard, her brother Robert and her mother and father in law Audrey and Bud Gilkin, who passed before her.
The family gratefully declines flowers and asks that that donations be made in her memory to cancer research. She may be gone, but she will be forever loved, and never forgotten.
A celebration of life will be held at the CRI hall in Cumberland on Sunday, September 1st, from 1-5 pm.
