William passed away peacefully on September 6, 2018 with his family at his side. Bill is survived by his wife of 54 years Ellen Ouellette (nee: Hansen), his children Gitane Chubb (Kevin), Kateri Duperran (Daryl), John Ouellette, and grandchildren Liam, Abby, Alex, Madeline and Carter.
Bill spent 33 years In the RCAF completing his career at SPAR aerospace. Bill loved spending his time writing, fishing, hiking and cross-country skiing with friends and his beautiful wife. Bill also enjoyed volunteering his time for Habitat for Humanity and as an AA sponsor, and at home he held the record for being an undefeated Jeopardy Champion.
