Dear editor,
I have read with interest the many complaints about Gas and Go, glider tow planes, fire pits and the rest and all it all seems to be is sight, sound and supposition.
The man is within the law.
The glider pilots will some day become fighter pilots to protect your sorry asses; get over it.
Now if you want to hear about a real problem, a woman bought a house and lot next to me, then tore down the house and built a new one. After much backhoe digging with huge piles of earth that she had levelled, her yard was now four feet higher than mine.
Last winter I was flooded with water and mud and it looks like next winter will be the same. The regional district tells me there is no law on their books to cover this, and you think you got troubles.
II am a 90-year-old Second world War vet on a overseas disability pension and my wife is 86. Where is the Sierra Club when you need them?
